Tchaikovsky Sounds Funny: Teach Your Children the Proper Use of Condos

Is this where I put in key words such as sex, lesbians, vampires, Christopher Lloyd and others things to which this blog do not pertain, but by putting them here, I may get hits from all the Christoper Lloyd lesbian vampire fans (and you know who you are)? This is the primarily humorous and occasionally rambling writings of Leon Tchaikovsky, humor writer. Enjoy.

Teach Your Children the Proper Use of Condos

Tchaikovsky Sounds Funny

I was in a South Philadelphia coffee shop where I couldn’t help but overhear the conversation of two young gentlemen sitting at the table next to me. The conversation was right out of a scene from the movie “Rocky”. One man was expressing his excitement over his move to a condominium. What was hilarious, though, was he constantly used the word “condom” when he meant to say “condo”. And his friend did not indicate that he was aware the word was being misused. Maybe art reflects truth and “Rocky” had it right: there are people who don’t know the difference between a condom and a condo. (Or maybe this guy moved into one really funky place.) And, women, you may wish to question whether you want to date such a guy.

Maybe this is why parents in South Philly don't want free condoms distributed in the schools. They're thinking their kids are getting free housing.
