Tchaikovsky Sounds Funny: Book Review: "From Soup to Nuts"

Is this where I put in key words such as sex, lesbians, vampires, Christopher Lloyd and others things to which this blog do not pertain, but by putting them here, I may get hits from all the Christoper Lloyd lesbian vampire fans (and you know who you are)? This is the primarily humorous and occasionally rambling writings of Leon Tchaikovsky, humor writer. Enjoy.

Book Review: "From Soup to Nuts"

Tchaikovsky Sounds Funny

"From Soup to Nuts" is a disturbing book subtitled "the cannibal lover’s cookbook". It technically is the sayings of Omnivorous as written by Jon Macks. Considering Jon’s previous book was what Jon heard God tell him, we must state: Jon, all those voices in your head, you should have someone look into this. Honest.

(As a real warning: do not keep copies of this book on your desk. Security was found eyeing my copy. I am sure I am now on some watch list somewhere.)

Omnivorous relates his obsession with cannibalism back to his childhood when his mother accused their butcher of weighing his thumb. Omnivorous thought the thumb was meant to be part of the meal. The book provides us a history of cannibalism, along with great moments of cannibalism. The book also gives cannibal recipes, from liver with fava beans to steak Diana. Caution, though, as the boned quayle comes only with right wings. The book further recommends mixed greens that, of course, are made from members of the Green Party.
